Product Description

The 3M 7100040247 is a 577F cloth abrasive belt with 80-grit alumina zirconia mineral intended for metalworking applications. The belt measures 1/2 in by 18 in and uses a heavy, water-resistant polyester cloth backing (YF weight) with a closed coat and incorporated grinding aid to reduce running temperatures. It is designed for high-pressure grinding, edge work, deburring, blending, and finishing on aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, and similar alloys.
