The 3M 7100023492 is a Scotch-Brite Exl Pro convolute deburring wheel made of silicon carbide, measuring 6 inch diameter with a 1 inch arbor and 1 inch face width. The wheel provides 30–50% longer life than the original Exl design, runs up to 6000 RPM, and requires less operator pressure for faster cutting. It is intended for off-hand deburring, finishing, polishing and weld blending on metals, composites and glass. Packaged three each per case.
