The 3M 7010514946 is a Trizact abrasive cloth belt designed for intermediate finishing and fine polishing operations on metal and other hard surfaces. It uses proprietary microreplication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into three-dimensional pyramids and bonded to a flexible JE-weight rayon backing. As the abrasive pyramids wear during use, fresh sharp mineral is continuously exposed, producing a consistent cut rate and a predictable fine finish. The belt measures 2.5 inches wide by 60 inches long and carries an A16 grade designation.
