Aluminum oxide mineral provides a sharp, consistent cut and produces a uniform scratch pattern across both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The 3-inch diameter with a 1/4-inch arbor hole mounts to standard die grinders and right-angle tools commonly used by metal fabricators, HVAC technicians, and pipe fitters during surface prep and finishing operations.
This disc is suited for production and maintenance work where a clean, smear-free surface finish is required before coating, welding, or final assembly. The stiff, dense web construction holds its shape under high contact pressure, reducing the tendency to fold over on flat or contoured surfaces. The open web design resists loading, so debris does not rapidly clog the abrasive face, extending usable service life.
