The 3M 7010366996 Scotch-Brite EXL PRO Deburring Wheel is an 8 inch convolute silicon carbide non-woven wheel designed for off-hand deburring, finishing, and polishing. It has a 1/2 inch face width, 3 inch center hole, fine grit and is rated to 4,500 RPM. The EXL PRO formulation extends wheel life and reduces required operator pressure while maintaining conformability on metals, composites, and glass.

• EXL PRO formulation delivers 30–50% longer life versus the original EXL wheel and reduces operator pressure for faster cutting
• Convolute non-woven construction with silicon carbide fine grit and soft density (grade 9) for conformability and low heat build-up
