The 3M 7010365833 Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Belt is a nonwoven abrasive belt designed for demanding surface finishing tasks across a wide range of metals. Constructed with an aluminum oxide (AO) abrasive mineral bonded with resin onto a scrim-reinforced nonwoven open web, this belt delivers consistent material removal and surface refinement without the aggressive loading and heat buildup common to coated abrasive belts. At 48 inches long and 9 inches wide, it fits large belt grinding and finishing machines used in fabrication and manufacturing environments. The open web construction resists clogging and extends usable belt life.
This belt is suited for metal fabrication shops, welding operations, and automated or robotic finishing lines where repeatable surface results are required.
