It uses 3M microreplication technology in which micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into three-dimensional pyramids and bonded to an X-weight cloth backing. As the abrasive pyramids wear down during use, fresh sharp mineral is continuously exposed, delivering a consistent cut rate and a predictable fine finish throughout the belt's service life. The belt measures 126 inches in length and 26 inches in width and weighs approximately 4 pounds.
This belt is suited for automated and robotic grinding and finishing lines where finish consistency from first pass to last is critical.
