The 3M 7010364281 is a unitized deburring wheel designed for aggressive material removal and surface finishing on metal workpieces. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive at a density grade of 7 (hard), it delivers consistent cutting action across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The wheel measures 6 inches in diameter with a 0.25-inch face width and a 0.5-inch center hole. Rated to a maximum of 7,500 RPM, it suits high-speed rotary applications where controlled deburring, blending, or light stock removal is needed. This deburring wheel is suited for use on centerless grinders, die grinders, inline sanders, manual backstands, and pressure assist backstands. It is appropriate for production environments and job-shop settings requiring repeatable edge finishing results. The coarse grade and hard density make it well matched to deburring cut edges, weld spatter removal, and surface prep on steel and similar alloys. It is sold individually and ordered in single-unit increments.

Installation should be performed by a qualified operator familiar with abrasive wheel safety standards. Disconnect and lock out power to the grinder or tool before mounting or removing the wheel. Confirm the tool spindle speed does not exceed the 7,500 RPM rating of this wheel. Inspect the wheel for damage before each use and never operate a cracked or damaged abrasive wheel.
