The 3M 7010360483 is a Trizact 237AA abrasive belt designed for intermediate finishing and fine polishing applications in industrial and manufacturing environments. It uses 3M microreplication technology, where micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into precise three-dimensional pyramids and bonded to an X weight cloth backing. As the abrasive pyramids wear down during use, fresh, sharp mineral is continuously exposed, producing a consistent cut rate and a predictable, fine surface finish throughout the life of the belt. The belt measures 48 inches in length and 6 inches in width and weighs approximately 0.39 pounds.
This belt is suited for robotic and automated grinding applications where finish consistency across high part volumes is critical.
