Built on a film backing using proprietary micro-replication technology, micron-graded aluminum oxide particles are formed into uniform pyramids of abrasive mineral. As each pyramid wears, fresh sharp mineral is continuously exposed, delivering a consistent cut rate and a predictable fine finish throughout the life of the disc. The disc measures 7 inches in diameter and is rated for up to 6000 RPM, making it compatible with standard mini random orbital sanders used by finishing technicians and body shop professionals.
This disc is well suited for glass defect repair, solid surface finishing, and any application requiring a polish-ready result.
