The 3M 7010326453 is a coated abrasive disc roll in the Stikita 426U series, designed for high-production sanding applications where consistent finish quality is critical. Each roll contains multiple 5-inch diameter discs pre-cut with a vacuum hole pattern, backed by a lightweight A-weight paper that flexes naturally with the backup pad. The abrasive mineral is silicon carbide paired with an anti-load open-coat construction and a load-resistant coating that work together to minimize disc clogging and extend usable life. This roll format reduces downtime during multi-step finishing operations and suits environments where disc changes need to happen quickly.
This disc roll is suited for residential and commercial finishing work on wood substrates including white wood sanding and sealer sanding, as well as solid surface applications where a fine, consistent finish is required. The Stikita pressure-sensitive adhesive backing allows fast attachment and clean removal from compatible hook-and-loop or PSA backup pads. The 220 grit rating places this disc in the fine finishing range, making it appropriate for final passes before topcoat or between finish coats on cabinetry, millwork, furniture, and similar surfaces. It is also used on metal, plastic, drywall, fiberglass, glass, clear coat, and ceramic.
Designed for use with 5-inch PSA backup pads compatible with vacuum dust-collection systems. Suitable for high-production sanding applications on wood, metal, plastic, drywall, fiberglass, glass, clear coat, and ceramic surfaces.
Install and replace discs with the tool or sander powered off and disconnected from its power source. Ensure the backup pad surface is clean and free of debris before attaching each disc to promote proper PSA adhesion. Follow applicable workplace safety guidelines for abrasive tools, including appropriate respiratory protection when sanding dust-generating materials.
