The 3M 7010326232 is a coated abrasive cloth belt designed for demanding metalworking operations including grinding, blending, deburring, and finishing. The 361F belt measures 75 inches long by 36 inches wide and uses an 80-grit aluminum oxide abrasive on a tough polyester backing. A heat-resistant resin bond locks the abrasive grains to the backing, maintaining cut rate and consistency under elevated temperatures, pressure, and wet conditions. This belt is well suited for shops and fabricators working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and other metals where reliable material removal and surface finish are required.
The 361F cloth belt is intended for industrial and commercial metalworking environments. It performs in centerless grinding, backstand, and sheet or coil finishing setups. The combination of flexible polyester backing and durable abrasive construction makes it a practical choice for stainless steel coil finishing lines where heat buildup and mechanical stress are ongoing concerns. Compatible with standard belt grinding machinery sized for the 75-inch by 36-inch format. Both wet and dry operation are supported.
Designed for use on belt grinding and finishing equipment configured for 75-inch by 36-inch abrasive belts. Suitable for stainless steel coil finishing, sheet grinding, centerless grinding, and backstand applications on metal substrates.
Installation of coated abrasive belts should be performed by experienced machine operators or maintenance personnel familiar with belt grinding equipment. Power down and lock out the grinder before mounting or removing a belt. Verify belt tracking and tension according to machine manufacturer guidelines before resuming operation. Inspect the belt for damage before each use and replace immediately if tearing, separation, or irregular wear is observed.
