The 3M 7010326198 is an aluminum oxide coated abrasive cloth belt in the 341D series, designed for metal deburring, general metalworking, and woodworking stock removal. Built on an X-weight cloth backing, this belt handles heavy sanding and grinding loads without breakdown. The resin bond system resists high heat and pressure generated during aggressive material removal. At 126 inches long and 50 inches wide, this is a wide-format belt suited for industrial wide belt sanding equipment. P400 grit provides fine finishing action on metal and wood substrates, making it a reliable choice for controlled material removal and surface refinement.
This belt is suited for wide belt, edge, and portable belt sanding applications on metal and wood substrates. The aluminum oxide abrasive cuts efficiently across a range of materials, performing well in both production metalworking environments and woodworking shops. The tube-shaped band profile conforms to inner and outer contours, which makes it effective for removing parting lines, surface imperfections, and burrs from machined or cast metal parts. It can also be mounted on a rubber expander wheel attachment for use with a die grinder or rotary drill, extending its versatility to contour and profile work.
Designed for use with wide belt sanders, edge sanders, and portable belt sanding equipment that accepts a 126-inch by 50-inch abrasive belt. Can also be used on rubber expander wheel attachments compatible with die grinders and rotary drills.
Abrasive belts should be installed by a qualified operator following the equipment manufacturer's guidelines. Power down and lock out the sanding equipment before mounting or removing a belt. Inspect the belt for tears, edge damage, or delamination before each use and do not run a damaged belt. Ensure belt tension and tracking are set per the machine manufacturer's specifications before resuming operation.
