The 3M 7010326148 is a coated abrasive disc roll featuring aluminum oxide mineral on a heavy X-weight cloth backing, sold under the Stikita 341D product line. Each disc measures 5 inches in diameter and carries a P120 grit rating, making it well suited for aggressive stock removal and surface preparation. The pressure-sensitive adhesive backing allows fast mounting and clean removal from random orbital and disc sanders. Resin bond construction holds up under the high heat and pressure common in heavy-duty grinding and finishing operations. Licensed tradespeople and fabricators working in woodworking, metal fabrication, composite manufacturing, and solid surface finishing are the primary users of this product.
This disc roll is intended for rough finishing operations where a standard paper-backed disc would not hold up. The X-weight cloth backing resists tearing under load, making it appropriate for heavy stock removal on hardwoods, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, fiberglass composites, and solid surface materials. The roll format eliminates the step of peeling individual disc liners, which speeds up disc changes in production and field environments. Minimum order quantity is 4 rolls per purchase.
Designed for use with 5-inch hook-and-loop or PSA disc pad sanders used in woodworking, metalworking, composite finishing, and solid surface applications.
Power down and disconnect the sander from its power source before mounting or removing abrasive discs. Ensure the disc pad surface is clean and free of debris before applying the adhesive-backed disc to maintain full contact and prevent disc slippage during use. Discard discs that show signs of loading, glazing, or backing separation. Follow applicable workplace safety guidelines for abrasive tool operation, including eye and respiratory protection.
