The 3M 7010325344 is a Hookita Microfinishing Film Disc in the 366L series, designed for precision surface finishing across a wide range of materials. It uses micron-graded aluminum oxide abrasive bonded to a durable polyester film backing. This combination delivers a fast cut rate and a uniform, consistent finish. The disc is rated for up to 15000 RPM and measures 3 inches in diameter. It is suited for metal fabrication shops, auto body refinishing, woodworking, and composite surface work where repeatable finish quality is required. Installers and finishing technicians in production and repair environments are the primary users.
This disc is built for multi-step finishing processes on wood, solid surface composites, plastic, fiberglass, metal, paint, primer, e-coat, and coatings. The load-resistant coating keeps the disc clear of dust and debris during extended use, maintaining cut rate throughout the disc life. The Hookita hook and loop attachment system allows fast disc swaps between grits without tools, making it practical for sequential finishing passes. It is sold individually (UOM: Each) with a minimum order quantity of 1000 units, making it appropriate for production-scale purchasing.
Designed for use with 3 inch hook and loop backup pads on random orbital, straight-line, and die grinder finishing tools rated to 15000 RPM or higher. Suitable for applications on wood, solid surface composites, plastic, fiberglass, paint, primer, e-coat, and metal surfaces.
Confirm the backup pad is rated for the tool speed before mounting. Power down and disconnect the tool before attaching or removing the disc. Inspect the disc for damage before each use and do not exceed the rated 15000 RPM. Proper eye protection and respiratory protection are recommended when operating abrasive discs on any surface.
