3M 7010309517 is a Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Disc (SC-DH) using medium-grade aluminum oxide on a non-woven open-web construction for surface conditioning. The 4-1/2 in diameter disc with a 7/8 in arbor hole and hook-and-loop attachment is rated for right-angle grinders up to 13,000 rpm. It is supplied 50 each per case for cleaning, blending, deburring, finishing and surface preparation on a variety of substrates.
