The 3M 7010308442 is a coated abrasive quick-change disc designed for use with Roloc TR Type R attachment systems. Built on a polyester cloth backing with a YF backing weight, this disc uses aluminum oxide abrasive grain at 60 grit for medium-grade stock removal and surface blending. The brown disc measures 4 inches in diameter and is rated to a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM. It suits metal fabrication, weld blending, deburring, and surface prep work where fast disc changes are required. Licensed tradespeople and fabricators working with angle grinders and die grinders outfitted with Type R mandrels install these in production and field service environments.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by pressing the disc onto a compatible Type R mandrel and rotating to lock.
