Built with 3M Precision-Shaped Grain ceramic abrasive, the wheel cuts fast and sharp to accelerate burr removal. At 5 inches in diameter and 1.574 pounds, it is sized for robotic and automated processing equipment as well as bench-mounted applications. The unitized construction bonds the nonwoven abrasive layers together for added strength and durability throughout the wheel's service life.
This wheel is suited for moderate to heavy deburring, surface finishing, and blending on metal workpieces in industrial manufacturing environments. Its nonwoven open construction allows dust and debris to escape during operation, reducing loading and maintaining consistent cut rate.
