The wheel measures 2 inches in diameter and mounts on a 1/4 inch arbor, making it compatible with standard rotary tools and die grinders. Its layered, unitized construction uses aluminum oxide (AO) abrasive mineral bonded throughout the wheel body, so performance remains consistent as the wheel wears. The soft, conformable structure keeps the abrasive in continuous contact with irregular or complex part geometries, which is critical for achieving repeatable finishes in production or bench work environments.
This wheel is suited for metal fabrication, maintenance, and finishing operations in industrial and trade settings. Typical applications include edge deburring after cutting or stamping, surface prep before coating or welding, and final finishing passes on aluminum, steel, stainless, and many engineered plastics.
