3M 7000123887 Floor Aisle Marking Tape 1 in Blue Vinyl

Product Description

The 3M 7000123887 is a vinyl floor aisle marking tape designed for light-duty industrial and commercial floor marking applications. The tape measures 1 inch wide and comes in a 108-foot roll, with a 5 mil thickness that holds up to foot traffic in lower-demand environments. The solid blue color provides clear visual lane delineation for aisle marking on smooth, hard floor surfaces. The non anti-slip surface is suited for flat installations where slip-resistant texture is not required. Installation is straightforward, making this a practical choice for facilities maintenance staff and safety coordinators working to define walkways, work zones, or traffic flow areas.

This tape is intended for light-duty floor marking in warehouses, manufacturing floors, distribution centers, and commercial facilities. It applies directly to smooth concrete, sealed floors, and similar hard surfaces. The solid blue color is commonly used for aisle designation and safety lane marking in compliance with floor marking standards. Because this is a non anti-slip product, it is best placed in pedestrian walkways where surface grip enhancement is not a requirement. It meets ASTM compliance specifications for this product category.

Key Features

• 1 inch wide format suits standard aisle lane marking and floor grid layouts

Compatibility

Designed for light-duty aisle and floor marking on smooth, hard interior floor surfaces such as sealed concrete and finished warehouse floors where a non anti-slip vinyl tape is appropriate.

Installation Notes

Facilities maintenance staff typically apply floor aisle marking tape without specialized tools, though a tape applicator or roller improves adhesion consistency on longer runs. The floor surface should be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or wax before application to ensure full adhesive contact. Avoid applying in environments where the floor sees heavy wheeled equipment or forklift traffic, as this product is rated for light-duty use only. Allow adequate dwell time after application before resuming foot traffic.
