This disc is suited for finishing work on bar grates, louvers, vents, tracks, and other structural metal components commonly encountered in commercial and industrial settings. The TR+ Roloc attachment system is compatible with standard 3M Roloc-style quick-change holders, allowing the disc to seat and lock without tools. Applications include producing satin or high-luster decorative finishes, general surface cleaning, and light deburring across all metal substrates. Mount the disc onto a TR+ compatible Roloc holder and confirm it is fully seated and locked before operating. Do not exceed the rated maximum speed of 10,000 RPM. Disconnect or de-energize the tool before changing discs. Eye protection and appropriate PPE should be worn during grinding and finishing operations per applicable shop safety standards.
