As the pyramids wear during use, fresh sharp mineral is continuously exposed, delivering a consistent cut rate and predictable surface finish throughout the belt's working life. This belt measures 132 inches in length and 2 inches in width and is well suited for automated and robotic finishing lines as well as manual applications requiring tight finish control.
This belt is used for intermediate finishing and fine polishing operations prior to plating or buffing. It performs reliably on contoured surfaces due to its flexible cloth backing, which conforms to part geometry without compromising finish consistency.
