The 3M 7000119249 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) abrasive disc designed for material removal and surface finishing on random orbital sanders. Built on an A-weight paper backing with a silicon carbide abrasive, this disc delivers consistent scratch patterns at 100 grit — a fine grade suited for finishing wood, composites, and coated surfaces. The flexible paper backing conforms to contoured work surfaces, and the disc is pre-punched with five vacuum holes to support dust extraction during use. Each package contains 125 discs.

Compatibility

Installation Notes

Clean the sander's backup pad of debris and adhesive residue before applying a new disc. Align the vacuum holes on the disc with the corresponding ports on the pad before pressing firmly to seat the adhesive. Ensure the sander is powered off and unplugged before disc changes. Worn or glazed discs should be replaced promptly to maintain cut rate and finish quality.
