The 3M 7000119240 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) abrasive disc designed for finish sanding on random orbital sanders. Manufactured in the 426U series, this disc measures 5 inches in diameter and cuts with 320-grit silicon carbide abrasive, placing it in the extra fine grade. The paper backing is A-weight, providing a flexible, conformable feel that follows contours and reduces swirl marks during finish passes. The gray disc has no vacuum holes, so it is suited for sanders without dust-port attachments or for wet sanding setups. Each package contains 175 discs.

This disc is a practical choice for sanding wood, painted surfaces, metal, fiberglass, or composite materials where a fine, controlled cut is needed before finishing or sealing. Installation Notes
