The 3M 7000119014 is a coated quick-change abrasive disc designed for use with Roloc TSM Type S attachment systems. It features a 2-inch diameter, 36-grit aluminum oxide abrasive bonded to a YF-weight polyester cloth backing. The 36-grit designation places this disc in the very coarse grade range, making it suited for aggressive material removal, weld grinding, and surface preparation. Rated at 25,000 RPM maximum, it delivers consistent cut rate at high spindle speeds. The brown disc and silver button are characteristic of the 3M 361F series. This disc is typically installed and used by metal fabricators, maintenance technicians, welders, and sheet metal workers.

Compatibility

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by pressing the disc button onto a compatible Type S Roloc TSM mandrel until it clicks into place. Always verify the tool spindle speed does not exceed the 25,000 RPM disc rating before operation. Power down and disconnect the grinder from its power source before mounting or removing discs. Wear appropriate PPE including eye protection and gloves during disc changes and grinding operations.
