The 3M 7000118100 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) abrasive disc engineered for sanding and finishing applications on a range of surfaces. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive and an F-weight paper backing, this disc delivers consistent cut and finish at 180 grit, placing it in the very fine grade range. The gold-colored disc measures 6 inches in diameter and mounts directly to a PSA-compatible random orbital sander pad without tools or fasteners. Each package contains 100 discs. Licensed HVAC technicians, finishing contractors, and trade professionals use very fine grit discs for prep work, surface leveling, and finish passes prior to coating or sealing.

This disc is suited for dry sanding operations on wood, composites, painted surfaces, and light metal prep work. Installation Notes
