The 3M 7000118093 is an aluminum oxide coated abrasive disc roll designed for medium stock removal and consistent finishing on wood and metal surfaces. Built on a heavy F-weight paper backing with a resin bond system, these 8-inch diameter discs feature an open coating that resists loading and extends abrasive life. The pressure-sensitive adhesive backing mounts directly to a Stikit backup pad without disc liners, making disc changes fast during production work. This roll format is suited for grinding, blending, and finishing applications in woodworking shops, metal fabrication, and general finishing environments.

These discs are used in both woodworking and light metalworking applications where a consistent 80-grit cut is needed across multiple substrates. The roll configuration eliminates the handling of individual disc liners, speeding up workflow on production lines or high-volume service work. A separate Stikit backup pad is required for use. Standard and dust-free versions of this disc type are available within the 363I product line. Minimum order quantity is 4 rolls per order.

Compatibility
