Product Description
3M 7000057501 Scotchrap Vinyl Corrosion Protection Tape 50 is a PVC-backed, 10 mil corrosion protection tape with a pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive. The 1 in x 100 ft roll withstands -55 to 176 °F (-48 to 80 °C) and resists corrosion, impact, abrasion and puncture. It provides electrical insulation and conformability for metal piping systems, fittings, joints on mill-coated pipe and electrical conduit systems in above- and below-ground applications.
- PVC backing, nominal 10 mil (0.254 mm) thickness; 1 in width x 100 ft length
- Pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive with high tacking and 200% elongation for conformability
- Resistant to UV, salt water, soil acids/alkalis, chemicals, impact, abrasion; UL listed and RoHS compliant
