The 3M 7000046877 is a Standard Abrasives quick-change surface conditioning RC disc designed to clean and finish surfaces in a single step. The 3 in disc uses aluminum oxide abrasive in a coarse RC non-woven structure that breaks down under medium pressure to expose fresh fibers, resists loading from paint and corrosion, and is rated to 18,000 rpm for grinding, surface preparation, finishing, and deburring on flatwork, composites, and softer metals.
