3M 7000046827 Buff and Blend Cross Buff HP is a resin-reinforced nylon flap wheel with aluminum oxide abrasive designed for polishing, cleaning, and material removal on metal surfaces, including inside diameters and other hard-to-reach areas. The HP grade provides a stiff, aggressive cut for deburring, removing oxidation, rust, and surface coatings, and for surface preparation prior to coating. It conforms to substrates for edge deburring on extrusions and die cast parts.
