The 3M 7000046123 Scotch-Brite Primer Prep Scuff is a very fine non-woven aluminum oxide abrasive roll sized 4-3/4 in x 15 ft for primer preparation and scuffing of e-coated panels and metal substrates. The perforated roll converts to 4-3/4 in x 6 in pads for hand sanding and surface conditioning. It is designed to provide consistent scuffing without leveling and to improve primer mechanical adhesion.
