The 3M 7000045776 is a two-part epoxy repair material designed to restore most flexible plastic parts, including bumper covers and plastic body panels. Packaged in a 200 mL cartridge with a self-mixing tip, it delivers a precise product ratio on every application without manual measuring. Working time is approximately 10 minutes, and the material is ready to sand with 180-grit abrasives in roughly 30 minutes. The formula is engineered for easy sanding and produces a clean featheredge for smooth blending into surrounding surfaces. This product is not suitable for use on SMC or fiberglass substrates.
This repair material is used in automotive body and collision repair for flexible plastic components. Typical applications include bumper cover repairs, plastic body panel restoration, and similar exterior and interior plastic part work on passenger vehicles and light trucks. When working with polypropylene or ethylene propylene parts, use of 3M Polyolefin Adhesion Promoter 05907 is recommended prior to application. Compatible applicator guns include the MixPac Manual Applicator 08117 and the MixPac Pneumatic Applicator 09930.

Follow all applicable safety data sheet guidance for ventilation and personal protective equipment when working with epoxy repair materials.
