3M 7000045286 is a Roloc disc backup pad (TR 45100) in hard rubber, 1-1/2 inch diameter with a 1/4-20 internal thread. The pad provides a secure, quick-change mounting for 3M Roloc discs and bristle products and is compatible with drills, disc sanders, right angle grinders, and rotary sanders. Maximum rated speed is 30000 rpm.
