As the outer layer of each pyramid wears away, fresh, sharp abrasive mineral is continuously exposed. The result is a consistent cut rate and a predictable fine finish from the first pass to the last. The belt measures 15.5 inches in length and 3.5 inches in width. Flexible cloth construction allows the belt to conform to contoured workpiece geometry without losing uniformity of finish.
This belt is suited to intermediate finishing and fine polishing operations that precede plating, buffing, or similar surface-preparation steps.
