The 3M 7000002322 is a corded, reusable earplug designed for repeated use in high-noise industrial and trade environments. The triple-flange, premolded design eliminates the roll-down fitting step — the earplug inserts by holding the stem and pushing it into the ear canal, keeping the tip clean even when hands are dirty or gloves are on. Made from soft polymer with a Noise Reduction Rating of 25 dB, these earplugs meet CSA Class AL standards. A carrying case is included to keep the earplugs protected and accessible between uses. Licensed HVAC techs, electricians, plumbers, and general tradespeople working around loud equipment will find these a practical fit for daily wear.
These earplugs are suited for residential and commercial job sites where sustained noise exposure is a concern. Recommended applications include grinding, sawing, drilling, riveting, welding, sanding, power fastening, machining, chipping, chiseling, and heavy equipment operation. Common deployment industries include construction, general manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, and transportation. The corded design helps prevent loss between uses, and the washable polymer allows repeated cleaning without degrading fit or attenuation performance.
Compatible with the 3M E-A-Rfit Validation System for fit testing. Designed as a reusable corded earplug for general industrial and trade hearing protection programs requiring a triple-flange premolded style.
Earplugs are inserted by gripping the stem and pressing the flanged tip into the ear canal — no pre-rolling required. Clean earplugs with mild soap and water before reinsertion and allow them to dry fully before storing in the included case. Inspect the polymer flanges for tears or deformation before each use and discard if the material is damaged. Proper fit should be verified per your facility or jobsite hearing conservation program requirements.
