The 3M 7000000725 Scotch-Brite EXL Unitized Wheel is a medium-grade aluminum oxide unitized abrasive wheel sized 6 in x 1/2 in x 1 in for smoothing, deburring and finishing edges of metal alloys, plastics and composites. The unitized, layered construction conforms to complex shapes, operates up to 4,500 RPM, and is suitable for die grinders and robotic deburring while minimizing heat buildup and resisting smearing.

  • Dimensions: 6 in diameter x 1/2 in face width x 1 in arbor (center hole); max speed 4,500 RPM; packaged 4 each per case
  • Abrasive: Aluminum oxide (AO), medium grit; density 2A (soft) for conformable finishing
  • Unitized layered, open-web nonwoven construction resists loading, operates clockwise or counterclockwise, suitable for die grinders and robotic processing
