3M 7000000719 is a Scotch-Brite SC-DH surface conditioning disc with medium aluminum oxide abrasive in a 5 inch no-hole non-woven construction for blending, cleaning, deburring, and finishing. The disc uses a conformable open-web nonwoven web that resists loading and runs cool, and it attaches via a hook-and-loop backing. Maximum operating speed is 10,000 rpm and it is packaged 50 per case.
