It accommodates 18 to 16 AWG stranded and solid wire as taps or 14 AWG stranded wire in parallel splices. It's flame-retardant and can withstand temperatures up to one hundred ninety-four degrees Fahrenheit. The polypropylene shell provides durability and protection against shorts in complex circuits.
