3M 5304 is a motor lead pigtail splicing kit designed for splicing motor lead cables to incoming feeder cables up to 1000 volts. This kit includes materials to make three splices. The main component is a slip-on lug cover made from EPDM rubber. Mastic strips provide a moisture seal. This splicing kit requires copper compression one-hole lugs, which are sold separately. Each kit contains necessary materials such as locking pins and silicone grease for insulation and sealing.
