The 3M 45192 is an abrasive disc face plate designed to back and support abrasive discs during grinding, blending, and finishing operations. Built with a plastic construction, it accepts discs up to 7 inches in diameter and is rated for use up to 7,000 RPM. The 5/8-11 arbor thread provides a standard connection to angle grinders and related power tools. This face plate is a hardware component installed by metalworkers, fabricators, maintenance technicians, and other trades requiring controlled abrasive work on flat or contoured surfaces.

This face plate is suited for use in general metal fabrication, maintenance and repair, and industrial finishing applications. It mounts to angle grinders and disc grinders equipped with a standard 5/8-11 threaded spindle. Installation Notes
