The 3M 23-3/4x30 rubber splicing tape is a self-fusing ethylene propylene rubber tape sized 3/4 in by 30 ft for electrical maintenance and insulation applications. It provides a 69 kV voltage rating, 800 V/mil dielectric strength, 30 mil total thickness (without liner), and is temperature rated to 194 F (90 C). The tape offers 1000% elongation and a tensile strength of 8.0 lb/in.
