3M 1700-1PK-BB40 Temflex 1700 vinyl electrical tape is a PVC insulating tape that combines a rubber-resin adhesive with a PVC backing to provide electrical and mechanical protection. It is rated for primary insulation of wire and cable splices up to 600 V and operates from 32 to 176 degrees F (0 to 80 degrees C). The tape resists abrasion, moisture, alkalis, acids and copper corrosion and is flame retardant for indoor and outdoor jacketing and harnessing.
