The 3M 1403199 is a full-body X-style vest safety harness designed for workers operating at height in demanding job-site conditions. Built on the ExoFita X300 platform, it features 6,000-pound-rated polyester webbing, a nylon and polyester hybrid comfort padding system with reflective panels, and lightweight aluminum hardware throughout. An automatic stand-up dorsal D-ring enables fast, efficient connections without awkward repositioning. Locking torso adjustment and auto-locking quick-connect buckles maintain a secure, repeatable fit throughout the shift. The low-profile suspension trauma strap is integrated directly into the harness webbing. Installation Notes
