The 3M 1402152 is a full-body safety harness engineered for climbing, positioning, and retrieval applications at height. Part of the DBI-SALA ExoFita X200 series, it is built with 6,000-pound-rated polyester webbing, a nylon and polyester hybrid comfort padding system, and robust alloy steel hardware. The stand-up back D-ring improves dorsal connection speed, while the anti-slide D-ring plate design reduces unwanted movement during use. An integrated easy-link SRL adapter allows fast connection and disconnection of personal self-retracting lifelines. This harness is sized for large users and is intended for installation and daily use by qualified fall protection professionals on commercial and industrial job sites.
The 1402152 is suited for residential and commercial construction, tower climbing, utilities, and industrial maintenance where climbing, positioning, and retrieval are required. The low-profile suspension trauma strap is integrated directly into the harness webbing, keeping the design streamlined. Auto-resetting lanyard keepers allow fast parking of snap hooks and carabiners between connection points. The integrated 3M Connected Safety RFID tag supports inventory tracking, inspection records, and compliance documentation, making this harness a practical choice for safety managers running larger crews.
Designed as an OEM full-body harness for climbing, positioning, and retrieval use within the 3M DBI-SALA ExoFita X200 series; compatible with standard personal SRLs and lanyards using dorsal D-ring connections.
This harness must be fitted and inspected by a competent person before each use in accordance with applicable OSHA and ANSI Z359 fall protection standards. Power down or de-energize adjacent equipment as required by site hazard assessment before beginning work at height. Do not exceed the rated load capacity of any connected anchorage or lifeline component. Retire the harness immediately if it has been subjected to fall arrest loading or shows signs of damage, wear, or webbing degradation.
