The 3M 1113294 is a full-body safety harness from the DBI-Sala ExoFit X300 series, designed for oil, gas, climbing, and suspension applications. It supports a maximum weight capacity of 420 pounds and is sized for 2XX-Large users. The harness features a back, front, and rear waist D-ring configuration with aluminum D-ring hardware, allowing multiple attachment point options depending on the task. Chest buckle hardware is constructed from aluminum alloy and zinc plated steel. Padding is integrated at the back, hip, leg, and suspension seat locations to improve comfort during extended wear or suspension scenarios. This harness is installed and used by workers in oil and gas operations, tower climbing, and general fall arrest applications.
This harness is suited for industrial and energy sector worksites where fall protection is required during climbing, positioning, or suspension tasks. The multi-point D-ring layout makes it applicable for use with lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, and positioning systems. The integrated hip padding and suspension seat padding address comfort needs during prolonged elevated work. It is a full-body harness style appropriate for compliance with OSHA fall protection requirements in general industry and construction environments. Workers in oil and gas field service, telecommunications tower work, and utility maintenance are the primary users of this harness style.
Designed as an OEM-style full-body fall protection harness for use with standard ANSI-compliant fall arrest connectors, lanyards, and self-retracting lifelines in oil, gas, climbing, and suspension applications.
This harness is donned and inspected by the worker prior to each use in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and applicable OSHA 1926.502 or 1910.140 fall protection standards. Inspect all webbing, hardware, and stitching for wear, cuts, or chemical damage before each use. Power down or de-energize any equipment in the work zone before attaching to an anchor point. The harness must never be used as a substitute for a properly rated anchor point and connecting hardware meeting applicable load requirements.
