The 2GIG 2GIG-LTEV-A-GC2 is a 4G LTE cellular alarm communicator designed for use with the 2GIG GC2 security control panel. It replaces legacy cellular radio modules and restores network connectivity by routing alarm signals over the Verizon LTE network. The module plugs into the GC2 panel and allows the panel to communicate with Alarm.com monitoring services without relying on a landline or broadband connection. Licensed alarm installation technicians are the primary trade that sources and installs this part. It is a direct replacement for older 3G and CDMA radio modules that have been sunset by cellular carriers.
