Pleased the order and selected next day. The order was before the next day cutoff by a few hours. Package did not arrive by EOB the next day. Checked tracking and shipping company did not receive the package. Called and was told they would look into it. Following day, no package, no update. Their fullfilment department did not respnd to the inquirery of what was going on. Another day and no update with the package still not making it to the shipping company. I canceled and ordered elsewhere which did deliver next day. The urgency of helping to get the dialisis floor for a medical building back up was not there from VOOMi. I will be looking at other vendors moving forward.
