My father's AC went out in Orem, UT with high 90 degree temps. The contractor who does his service were unable to get the part from their supplier, who was going to order from the factory. Total estimated days = 10. Unacceptable to me. All it took for me was to go online, find who Amazon uses for the part, search for the direct phone numbers and call directly. The first call was to Voomi, who had the part, overnighted directly to my father and it was installed that day. 2 days total vs the 10+ days Mountain Supply had planned. Thank you, Voomi.
