This sensor allows the outdoor air temperature to be transmitted to the thermostat, ensuring accurate climate control. It is compatible with models such as T1100FS, T1700, T1800, T1900, T2700, T2800, T2900, T2300FS, and TSTATEZ. The sensor reads high and low outdoor air temperatures, which can be displayed on the T1800, T1900, T2800, and T2900 models. Additionally, when used as a remote room sensor, it works effectively with T1800, T1900, T2700, T2900, T2900SCH, and T2300FS thermostats, offering versatility in installation.
It helps maintain precise temperature management by allowing the thermostat to read temperature from the remote location where the sensor is installed. A blinking degree icon appears on the thermostat display, indicating it's operating based on the remote sensor's readings.
