The Schneider Electric Paragon 8045-00 Defrost Timer is a heavy-duty, synchronous design drive motor with a positive slider bar switch design for assured positive electrical contact and wiping of contact surface contaminants. This timer is designed for defrost termination using an external temperature or pressure device, and features a safety back up for mechanical time driven defrost termination. It has adjustable frequency of defrost initiation from 1 to 6 cycles per day with a minimum of 4 hr between successive operations, and is approved by CSA and UL.
